Appellation: Salnes; D.O. Rías Baixas.

Grape: White; 100 % albariño.

Vineyards: 15 plots of 6 vinegrowers; in Meaño village : plot Cor in Dena zone, plot Rio da Vila in Lores zone; in Cambados village :plots Mina and Castiñeiras in Castrelo zone; in Ribadumia village :plot Bouzas and Torre in Barrantes zone; in Meis village: plot Coruxo; in Barro village: plot Barreiro and Rabadelo Agudelo zone; between 25 to 45 years old vines; trained in the traditional Pergola style.

Soil: decomposed granitic, sandy soils.

Exposure: west plots of Meaño and Cambados village; northwest plots of Ribadumia village; southwest plot of Meis and Barro village.

2019 vintage: Brudbreak: early, unequal; on february 17, 2019.Flowering:  very early; unequal ,between may 6-25, 2019; warm and dry winter, December the sap does not rest (I cry); spring little rainy and unstable with hot and cold days, may attack mildew on our plots, causing heavy losses due to mildew larvae; cool summer, august started rainy and ended hot; conducive to maturation.Harvest: started september 2 and closed september 28, 2019

Vinification: Clusters selected by hand in the vineyards. Quickly transported to the winery in  15 kg crates. The grapes were not destemmed before going into a pneumatic press for a low pressure pressing.  Fermented with its own yeasts ,without static settling,  at a controlled temperature and without the use of any additional product apart from SO2. Batonage weekly for 1 month and aging on its lees for 7 months until bottling. Bottling without tartaric stabilization by cold, without clarification, filtered and SO2 in moderate doses.

Bottled:  may 14,15,18 and19,2019 (fruit day / waning moon).

Production: 21.411 bottles + 250 Magnums.
